I actually picked it out from Barongs R Us. I picked it 'cuz I have a tattoo on my back and I thought since my family is very conservative, I needed a dress that would cover my tattoo. My cousin and the other maid of honor loved the dress, so she's already ready to order the dress. My cousin Ziel decided to do a traditional filipino wedding. I can't wait! And the men will be wearing Barongs. Hehehe.
My dress will be in Red/Orange. My cousin's color used to be Sage, but since this dress was only available in Red/Orange, Dinna convinced her to change it. LOL. It's the exact dress in the picture. I'll be ordering it in the next 2 weeks. But I'm trying to lose weight again so I'll be altering it later on. Anyways the wedding is in a year from now. But we're planning ahead. Especially since the wedding will be in Las Vegas. Everyone is trying to buy everything that we need and still have enough money to save to take the trip out there.
I am too excited. Unfortunately, Mark will not be taking the trip out there with me. That blows, but then again it will be an expensive trip. I plan on staying there for 2 weeks maybe. Hmm I wonder how much I will be spending on hotels, food, partying, etc. I even feel like renting a car to go buy my wedding present or buy it online and have it shipped. I kinda don't want to spending money trying to bring stuff on the plane. Since it's in April, my birthday month, I might just take the whole month off from work. Yes, I have that much vacation time available. Plus not seeing Mark for a whole 2 weeks, I gotta make sure I go spend some time with him when I come back.

I was soooo in love with him. LOL. After getting snuck into the Home Alone movie by my grandma at Newport Mall and watched Home Alone, I swear I fell in love. I daydreamed about him every day. HAHAHA.... That movie made me laugh to tears. I saw it like 3 more times at the movie theater afterwards, so I made up for sneaking in.
He's actually one of my Myspace friends and he has left me comments on my Myspace so ain't that super cool? Hahaha. What did he write? Well basically he was telling me he was adjusting himself because I asked what he was doing on a picture he had posted on his page. Then told me my friends list was cool and also asked how my friend died. Yes... I remember what he said to me. I'm still a dork.

My boyfriend of almost 7 years (next month is our anniversary).
I love this man like whoa! Happy Valentine's Day to him! He got me chocolate lol. A heart shaped box with Snoopy key chain on it (it's the newest tradition, he got me one last year and I loved it) plus a huge hershey kiss.
This year, I was gonna get him an XBOX 360 for Valentine's Day and his birthday next Wednesday, but we decided we wanted to save our money to do fun things on my Vacation Feb 2007. I take turns on vacation on his bday and my bday every year (this year is vacation on his bday). But always on our anniversary.
Usually we just chillax at home. But he really wanted good food and said the XBOX wasn't that important. So I told him, I agreed and told him to wait on buying my Wii so we can try to do fun things on my week vacation this week and next month on our anniversary.

My first name is Kyra. I've been called Kara, Kira, Cairo, Carol, Kyla and other names that start with a K.
It is pronounced like Tyra Banks pronounces her name. Y with a long I sound. Like Kyla but switch the L to R.

Michael Jackson was the very first solo artist I ever was a huge fan of. And I am proud to say that I'm still a huge fan. I was 6 when I came to the United States in 1988. I never watched or listened to a lot of music in the Philippines. I don't even remember watching music videos on tv over there.
Anyway, I had a cousin, Ziel that was also my age that liked to watch MTv and introduced me to watching music videos and such.
I used to sing "I'm bad, I'm bad, you know it!" Everywhere! My cousin who is a dancer now, also went around dancing like MJ singing to Bad. We were really big fans.
Those were the days. LOL. Anyways, Remember the Time is my favorite video 'cuz there's Eddie Murphy and there's also a hot kiss! Enjoy!
